Very me Lingerie return policy?

  • All items must be returned to our warehouse within 10 business days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed and with all tags attached.
  • For health and safety reasons, we don’t accept returns on panties or stockings/pantyhose.
  • If you want to make return of any SETS from Designer collection, you can return only bra. In this case we will make return your money as 60% from price of SET).
  • We do not refund original shipping fees.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges, because we cannot guarantee your size will be in stock by the time you return it to us.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Returns received more than 10 business days after delivery.
  • Any items marked FINAL SALE.
  • Any panties or stockings/pantyhose; they are FINAL SALE.

Damaged Items

Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned. Email сustomer_service@veryme.us with pictures and a description of the damage and be sure to include a picture of your package slip as well.

How should I send my return back?

  • Make sure all of the items you are returning follow the guidelines of our return policy.
  • Please include your package slip with the return.
  • Ship back using whichever shipping method you prefer, since you will be covering the shipping costs. (we do not cover shipping costs)
  •  We recommend use shipping with a tracking number, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Without proof of receipt and delivery, we will not issue a refund.

Refunds & Processing Time

Once we receive your return it can take 3-5 business days for it to be processed. You will be notified via email when this transaction took place. Refunds will be sent to the original method of payment.

What if my return is denied?

Any returns that DO NOT follow the guidelines of our return policy will be denied. If the return is denied, you will need to call to pay for it to be shipped back to you.
